Group Workout, Not For Me
When it comes to physical training, a couple of weeks ago I would have said that I was certainly more of a lounge lizard than an eager beaver. Always preferring a long sleep in over an early morning full of gym training, my idea of indoor fitness training mostly involved walking from my bedroom to the kitchen.
