Colorado State Football: Rams Have Excellent Shot At Making First Bowl Game Since 2008

Colorado State hasn't been to a bowl game since 2008.. The Rams are coming off a third straight season where they finished the year at just 3-9. As a result, Steve Fairchild was fired and was replaced by new head coach Jim McElwain. McEwain comes over from the Alabama Crimson Tide, where he was the offensive coordinator from 2008-11.. It looks like the Rams will have a great shot at improving right away under McElwain, as they get back 15 starters from last year..
