Barefoot Running Technique Training

Barefoot running is now becoming more popular to a lot of runners, thanks to " Born to Run" book of Christopher McDougall. There was a fair level of scientific analysis assisting the idea that running without shoes, or with minimal jogging shoes, is a holistic, more efficient way to run.
