Running Marathons - What All Runners Should Know

Running marathons has been a part of most sports training programs. This somehow made others overlook the truth that running is in itself a sport. Through the years marathon training and its varied types kept interested athletes busy training. The two terms that we often hear when it comes to running talks are sprints and marathons.
