Here is how I came to getting a tattoo. Hi, my name is Henry and this is my story of why I decided to get a tattoo. When I got it, I was eighteen. 18 is the legal age in which you can get a tattoo in the state of Pennsylvania. One can actually buy a tattoo at an even younger age but you need to get permission (or, as I call it: permish) from the authority figures in their lives.
