Take A Look At The Forbidden City
The Forbidden City is one of China's imperial palace that is renowned for being one of the most controversial palaces in the world. It is known that the imperial palace housed powerful emperors and their families for almost 500 years. It also was the ceremonial and political center of the Chinese government. In that sense, only a few or no outsiders are allowed to enter the court without the permission of the emperor. However, the palace gates are now opened for the public to explore since it has become a part of the Palace Museum.
